WH and Neal follow young Francesco as he shows us his daily routine of waking up, training, cooking, studying and more training in his path becoming a professional wrestler in Japan.
They also discuss the aspects of training that have their origins dating back to Giant Baba’s creation of AJPW and its dojo system.
