If you're like me you're really tired of not having enough hot water and you also want it pretty quick and you kind of want continuous hot water well there are products out there today that can get you continuous hot water so if your water heater is not keeping up with your needs well then you need to listen up Rodney Jason's joining me from out today and we're talking about how we can get a continuous and really instant hot water as well hey Rodney how you doing great Joe hey it's great to have you here OK so there's all kinds of different products that can help us out today right yes there he is you know back in the day I grew up in a house with one bathroom and we've used the shower pretty soon we run out of high water yeah that was you know comment so people wouldn't want to let you come up with a system right you only get 5 minute shower well you don't have to go through that anymore if people could leisurely take shower and maybe run a couple of showers and other things that require hot water wash clothes indefinitely the other great thing is that they don't have to pay when they're away from home or on vacation or what anytime they're not using their hot water to heat the same 50 gallons over and over and over so it's also the statesman also you're not sitting on that water so depending upon where that tank heater is it could cause a problem if it were to leak because 50 gallons is more likely to leak than the tankless which is just a pipe basically right yes so take the 50 gallon able rod out overtime and one example we came to a house in August they've been gone two months it was in the basement when we opened the door to the basement the water was ceiling height of the basement or at our feet so you could imagine what the basement smelled like that's you know that's just that's just a mess OK so you can get pretty much continuous hot water because the water lines running through this heater and it's just like it's like electricity right just keeps coming it keeps coming before I let you go aren't there some other ways also to get water hot at your sink or your shower quickly so you don't have to wait there for that water to come this is this is something I just love I have a long house and like I said earlier I like to play with everything before we put it out there I used to have to wait five minutes to take a shower I if I was doing the whites I would have to turn on the utility sink wait for hot water then turn on the clothes washer I within the system that keeps everything instant and now just for fun I'll go down to the other house and turn on the hot water and bang it's there right now yeah and I mean it's great a lot of people don't know that this type of technology exists when people think about plumbing it's like it hasn't changed much overtime and really it hasn't I mean for the most part a lot of us still have copper piping which is fine that's probably the you know the best old standby you know the other pipe before that galvanized and so forth and questionable there's new stuff today like pex and so forth but when we think about plumbing it really hasn't changed a whole lot if you buy a house that's 50 years old the plumbing might be just fine but there's some technology today that allows us to heat the water more efficiently and get it to us quicker absolutely and it's you know it's like your car when you're not driving your car you turn it off but we leave our hot water running in a tanked house 24/7 when we're on vacation everywhere well now it would be like your car it just turns on and heats when you need it yeah OK so become more efficient you can call Rodney and his team and out today to become more efficient with a tankless water heater Rodney thank you so much my friend I appreciate you joining me today thank you!
