For years, the family of a 26-year-old Atlanta man who was shot 76 times by police believed their only option was to file a civil rights case against the policemen involved. However, five years after Jamarion Robinson was shot down in his own house, the police responsible for his death are being brought to justice this month. Eric Heinze, an assistant chief inspector with the United States Marshals' Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, and Kristopher Hutchens, a Clayton County police officer assigned to the task force, have been charged with criminal murder.
