I was using a new recording setup in the last episode, and I didn’t get it right. It’s not podcast-worthy. After much deliberation, I decided to scrap the episode entirely and continue on without it. You won’t miss much –a couple battles, and a scene in which we find Maribus lying at the end of the tunnel with his throat cut. An arcana check reveals that someone recently teleported out. Having learned that Maribus shared some kind of connection with the Sons of Alagondar, the rebel group in Neverwinter, we decide not to include that part when we tell Neverember his man was chased down and murdered by Siricist cultists. He can tell we’re hiding something and pays us the base amount he promised, but takes away our Christmas bonus. The Scrooge.
