To collect this data he coded the first version of Custobar, 7 years ago. Tatu was quite impressed, because it was intuitive and he saw the opportunities Custobar could deliver to small and midsize companies. In the beginning they called Custobar a Marketing Automation-Platform, but meanwhile it’s a lot more than that: Custobar is about Customer Data and a hybrid Platform, connecting a CDP with Marketing Automation. Jonas and Tatu talk a lot about the different use cases, in which a company needs a CDP and how it can help midsize companies to grow their purchases and conversions, improve their customer service and make personalized recommendations.
