Lawrence Dunning, born and raised in London, England, has forged a diverse and accomplished career. With an MBA from the University of Exeter, he started in the fast-paced world of derivatives trading, working across London, Amsterdam, and New York before settling in Chicago. However, driven by a passion for martial arts, he left his lucrative trading career to pursue professional MMA, winning titles and competing internationally. Alongside his MMA journey, Lawrence earned a 2nd Degree Jiujitsu Black Belt and achieved his goal of running marathons on all seven continents.

Now a top 1% Chicago real estate broker and author of "The Forgotten Asset Class" Lawrence focuses on expanding his real estate team while embracing fatherhood and sharing his insights through his podcast.
