My challenge to you is to journal! This is something I want to incorporate into my days, but I want you to get out a journal, a notebook or just start with a piece of paper and I want you to answer this question… What junk are you still holding onto from yesterday that is preventing you from reaching for something new! Awareness is the first step in making any change to your life! And double bonus if you can jot down some ways you can start removing that junk from your life this week!
