John’s journey to success wasn’t conventional. Before real estate, he worked in retail, selling jeans and learning the art of sales, persistence, and customer service. In 2006, after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, he was inspired to pursue a career in real estate, igniting his passion for business and financial freedom

As the former first President of eXp Realty Canada, John played a key role in the company’s nation wide expansion. Today, he is dedicated to putting clients first—helping buyers find their dream homes and maximizing returns for sellers.

Beyond sales, John is a dedicated coach and mentor. As the founder of List More Close More, his high-impact coaching program, he helps realtors scale their businesses. A sought-after speaker, he shares real-world strategies from his own wins and setbacks, inspiring agents across North America.
