December got you stressed? Although there are only a few teaching weeks in December, they can feel like some of the longest weeks of the year! That is why it is so important to unwind during the break. In today’s episode, I will share with you some ideas that have worked for me to rest, recharge and regroup over Winter Break so that you can start January feeling refreshed and energized.
