Losing a Job especially when its due to company structure or budgets can be debilitating. No matter how mentally sound you are very few are prepared for it. So when I returned from Vacation facing this very situation, to say the least I was mind Blown. In an attempt to stay within professional guidelines, I made sure when discussing my Job to play it safe. I fought through unfairness and lack of support in an attempt to carry my weight and not complain. Including ,sexual harassment , lack of Accountability/help from my higher ups and rampant scapegoating. Some of the things you will hear may seems surreal, but my goal isn't to harm but to teach.
