About the presentation

Left brain thinking. Right brain thinking. How do our brain functions impact our Lean practices? Continuous improvement implies continuous change. How do our ingrained habits influence our actions? There is an increasing awareness and incorporation of psychology and neuroscience in business and leadership reading; how and which of these concepts have you integrated into your Lean practice?
