Shaun is the CEO of Progressive Franchising Partnerships, which is the company behind the well-known and emerging franchise brands of Burrito Bar, Smokin Burgers n’ Ribs, Sweet Republick, and Hell Pizza in Australia.

Shaun has spent the last 27 years working in leadership positions and consulting predominantly across the security sector and franchising sector. He has worked with and consulted with government, as well as not-for-profit organizations, top ASX listed companies, and leading private companies. However, his passion is working with underperforming organizations and companies, or those wanting to grow and expand rapidly.
