Blueline is a for-purpose enterprise and registered charity whose purpose is to create meaningful employment for people of diverse abilities, backgrounds, and cultures. We have a history approaching 130 years and currently own and operate commercial enterprises, in order to create employment. We strive to provide the highest quality product and service to our customers and staff and we are proud of our rich heritage and contribution to society.
Our work environment is complex. We employ around 225 staff, with 35% diagnosed with an intellectual or physical disability and a further 35% being culturally and linguistically diverse, with a strong representation of trauma across the whole workforce. We maintain the highest levels of staff support to leverage their capabilities, in delivering our products and services.
With 20 years of experience in leadership roles, I have been fortunate to have exposure to the public, private and not-for-profit sectors as an owner, contractor, and consultant across manufacturing, infrastructure, aquaculture, research and education. I am passionate for the roles that professionals play in maintaining our good communities and providing a sustainable future for our children.
