Basic points to remember when it comes to student and teacher faith rights in schools:
- Students can do almost anything
- Teacher rights are limited, but have some free speech rights
- Rights go both ways: can’t be hostile to religion
- Guiding principal: Can’t favor (or disfavor) religion.
