With all that's happening in the world around us, its easy to let self-care practices fall by the wayside.

In this episode with board certified Integrative Health Coach Nomi Levy, you'll learn why self care is the foundation of establishing and maintaining lifelong health.

Nomi explains the importance of being an active partner in your healing process - whether you're looking to get in shape or upgrade your overall health, your success will be based on how actively involved and 'on board' you are with the plan.

She explains that a diet is comprised of more than food - what we eat and our daily habits for mind and spirit are all inter-related components in our long term health and wellness.

She advocates for making food choices that will feed the brain and body, and that are also delicious and enjoyable to eat.

- how to enjoy meal times by focusing on more than just the food you'r eating

- how to get creative and be flexible with food choices while you're trying to adhere to your health plans
