To live in alignment with His purpose, we must nurture all aspects of our being—spiritual, emotional, and physical. Through scriptures like 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 and 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, they point out that God helps us, but we must cooperate by making conscious decisions. This cooperation includes daily choices in how we think, act, and care for ourselves. By committing and working with God’s guidance, we can fully live out His plan for us.
