This episode was inspired during my trip to visit my sister in Europe. It was the first time in a long time, I disconnected for longer than 3 days. The question that came up for me throughout the week, "What have I been missing around me because of my phone, social media, worried/stressed thoughts?"
When you take the time to put your phone down and be present in the moment, it is amazing to see what is around you. Listen in to this episode to hear a little about what I came to realize I have been missing, and for you to start thinking about what in your life you could be missing as well!
