Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop changing the plan and start repeating it. Focus on the one small thing that matters most in this season and master it through focused consistency. That’s how you rebuild momentum — not by doing more, but by doing what matters better.

You don’t need a brand-new plan, Momma — you just need to reconnect with the one that already works.
