Contact Methods are all of the ways your customers can get in contact with you. If you're marketing to audiences on different mediums, you should also encourage communication through different channels.
Connections are the vendors, venues, and customers that require consistent communication to ensure that your list of connections (relationships) continues to grow.
Complete Story of You is keeping up the information about YOU on all of your collateral. The information should be up-to-date and highlight your ever-changing story and business.
