Mocktails

Classic Martini: Zero-Proof

• 2 parts zero-proof gin (episode: MONDAY)
• 1 part vermouth substitute (episode: Optimist Botanical)
• 1 dash orange bitters or substitute (episode: ginger syrup or juice)
• Garnish: lemon wedge

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well to chill and strain into a cocktail glass. Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish.

Vitamin C Spritzer: Zero-Proof

• 2 parts zero-proof spritzer (episode: Kin Euphorics)
• 2 parts orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed
• Garnish: sprig of dill

Combine ingredients in a cocktail glass and serve with ice. Place a sprig of dill to use as garnish.
