Documentarian & journalist Jackson Fager sat down with HFPA journalist Elisabeth Sereda to discuss his newest project, the Hulu miniseries "Algiers, America", which follows the coaches and players of a high school football team from the eponymous neighborhood in New Orleans, but on the western bank of the Mississippi River.
