Your employment rights are the next best thing to having a cheerleader in the room cheering for you. This is why companies don’t promote your employment rights to you and that’s why we are here!

In this week’s episode, we try to unravel a recent employment tribunal case which saw an employee and their employer, face off about gender critical beliefs and gender identity beliefs, which saw an employer have to pay £100,000 in damages to a former employee who was dismissed for expressing gender critical views to that of her employer.
