Jyl is the Global Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging at Highspot . Jyl is passionate about having honest, empathetic conversations in her work, she finds it crucial to approach DEIB work with intention, and she firmly believes that everyone should have a seat at the table when discussing how to improve diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She has over 15 years of experience in shaping high-performing cultures at Fortune 500 companies and has expertise in developing & implementing global diversity & inclusion strategies. Jyl believes that DEIB should be embedded in how we work, woven throughout our cultural tapestry until it becomes a natural part of who we are. Lastly, both of Jyl’s parents were civil rights leaders which have ultimately shaped her outlook on life and was the foundation of her desire to work in the DEI space to create a lasting impact.
