Deadlines are now looming and the client is awaiting for a sneak peek at her paintings. There is no better time to talk through the finer details of my commission process, and some of the deliberate choices I have made to build boundaries with my clients right from the get go.
Back tracking from last episode, I have been in hermit mode refilling my creative well and participating in a few weeks of reading deprivation. No socials. No reading. No TV. The goal was to eliminate external information so that I was forced back into creative play.
At the beginning of this episode I speak about the progress of my play panels and how they are beginning to generate a fresh new energy for me to bring forward in my larger work.
