Resistance is the enemy of progress. Resistance according to Steven Pressfield, who wrote the famous book based on this very subject called The War of Art, describes it as:

Resistance is described in a mythical fashion as a universal force that has one sole mission: to keep things as they are. Pressfield claims that Resistance does not have a personal vendetta against anyone, rather it is simply trying to accomplish its only mission.

Today I will bring you 15 ways to resist the urge to quit. This is different than the resistance itself as when you give into resistance, you end up doing just that: Quitting!!! And today I will show you 15 was to not quit by resisting the resistance.

Quote of the week: I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.'

Muhammad Ali
