Your skin is your messenger - acne is as much a spiritual journey as it is a physical. For almost 5 years, I battled inflamed, cystic acne. I felt helpless and that there's no way out.   • What are my current self-care practices, and how do they contribute to my overall well-being, including my skin health?
  • Reflect on any negative self-talk or beliefs related to my acne. How can I challenge or reframe these thoughts?
  • Reflect on moments when I've felt most confident and comfortable in my skin. What factors contributed to those feelings?
