Today, we're going to talk about the dangerous territory of overcommitment - saying yes to everything, drowning in tasks, and being pulled in many different directions at once. As visionary leaders, we need to master protecting our time by setting some internal limitations. First, we need to understand what's going on in our minds first. I'll show you an exercise to find which activities in the past 2 weeks have brought you joy and which have drained you. Where did you say yes when you really wanted to say no? Rethink how you make decisions - are they for yourself and your family, or for someone else? What got you to where you are now won't get you to where you want to be. It's time to take ownership of your mindset and your calendar. Let's amplify your time management skills!
