Committing to a CRM (aka Customer Relationship Management) is not only a great way to stay focused and organized in business, statistics will show that it also helps with forecasting and growth! In our 43rd ep, Sean & Tim discuss why CRMs are important, when they may not be necessary, and their own experiences working within different platforms.
