Psalm 90
Verse of the Week: “Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands.” Psalm 90:17

“Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations.” Psalm 90:1

1. God is eternal, but life is temporal
“from everlasting to everlasting, You are God. You turn people back to dust” Psalm 90:2 & 3
“it is appointed for us to die once and after this comes judgment.” Hebrews 9:27
“what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” James 4:14

2. God sees our sins, so confess them
“You place…our secret sins where You can see them.” Psalm 90:8
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. ” 1 John 1:9

3. God knows your days, so make every day count
“teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12

4. God loves us, so be satisfied with His love
“Satisfy us each morning with your unfailing love, so we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.” Psalm 90:14

“no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.” Psalm 84:11
“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!” Matthew 7:11

5. God has a plan for your life, so live it
