The perspective for this is through 'perfect world' glasses, I know some of these aren't going to be considered any time soon. But there are too many articles proportioning blame to Autistic people as to why we are not in the workforce, rather than focusing on what stops us. Bullying, ostracising, no consideration for a difference, NT expectations, unclear direction...the list goes on. So I thought for a full 5 minutes and came up with a few things that could help.
