Healthier eating habits is a goal many of us have in common, the process can be overwhelming due to many factors. In this episode, I share my thoughts on what the process can feel like and some changes I have applied to the daily diet that I have noticed have made a difference in my overall health. We are all different, we all come from different backgrounds and flavors. Finding a way to mix and match flavors can be a challenging and exciting time in the kitchen. For those of you who are in the same boat as me, I hope this episode is a takeaway as well as an encouragement with a sprinkle of tips and tricks.
