Getting to know who you are as you go about your own self-journey. I am giving you 10 questions to ask yourself as you start or continue your journey. These questions are key to getting connected with your authentic self and can be a little hard to answer. Be honest with yourself when asking theses questions. Are you aware that your subconscious is always recording, even when you make negative statements about yourself like, " I am so fat" or I am so stupid." In this episode, I am giving you over 90 positive statements you can use to rewrite the negative self talk stored in your subconscious.
