MLS: Inter Miami sells Diego Gómez to Brighton in $15mil deal (Soccer 12/11)

Inter Miami has completed the sale of Paraguayan midfielder Diego Gómez to Premier League side Brighton in a club record transfer. According to multiple reports Brighton is paying more than $15million for the 21-year old in a deal that could rise to $18million with add-ons. Gómez joined Inter Miami in the summer of 2023 and was a finalist for 2024 MLS Young Player of the Year.
