Cold Conversations is a virtual series that brings together black men in a virtual space to discuss difficult, heart-felt, and COLD topics on mental health and wellness. It is already challenging for men to seek out therapy due to access, cultural stigmas, or gender norms. As a subgroup, Black men are the least likely to seek mental health assistance. The men of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Rho Pi Lambda Chapter, created this platform to facilitate change. Thanks for listening!
