The Tasty Talks Spiritual Podcast

It’s been awhile. So here’s a quick update and some soul food. Tell me: what would you like to hear from this podcast? You may need to listen to past episodes. I see you really enjoyed the interview I had with burlesquer Charlie Sharp. I definitely need more guests! Say round table style? Lmk!
Welcome to the Tasty Talks Spiritual Podcast! We're back with Season 3! This season, we're doing a podcast series on transitioning from a sales career to an IT career. You can listen to this series even if you're not transitioning to IT from sales - you can be in any industry. I am your host, known as Lilith Eve, in this realm. In this series, we will explore the journey of individuals who have switched to IT, providing guidance and insights for those looking to make a similar career change. You will also hear about my career transition journey starting in March. In this episode, we dive into how finding purpose in your career transition is essential and how your passion and purpose can align with a career in IT. I share my experience of being fascinated by numbers, business, and tech since childhood and how I tinkered with tech devices like the Compaq Presario. I also discuss taking career assessments to identify career strengths, including IBM's SkillBuild assessment. There's mention of spiritual values and beliefs guiding your career choices. And there's research about a high demand for cybersecurity analysts, with the job outlook projected to grow by 35 percent between 2021 and 2031. Listen to the full episode to learn more about aligning your passion and purpose with your career choices. Then, check out the links to resources to help you transition into the tech industry below. The next podcast episode will be released once I get ten new subscribers. So if you want more, please share and review this podcast so this series is heard by people to need to listen to it. TTSP S3 - E1 Sales is not IT 🙅🏾♀️ (Trailer) Welcome to the Tasty Talks Spiritual Podcast! A little backstory and what inspired this podcast series: I lost my sales job in March and decided to finally pursue my passion for IT. I've wanted to break into IT for several years but have held back for various reasons. Finally, I realized that sales isn't for me anymore and that being in tech would make me happy. That realization was confirmed last fall after #30DaysofWeb with Women Build Web3. So, after some research, I will enter tech as an IT Support rep to gain work experience and prepare for certifications to move up and into Cybersecurity. I will share the journey with you, including the challenges I face during the transition and the steps I take to overcome them. You will also learn the benefits of switching to IT, the different roles available in IT, and the skills required to succeed in the industry. This season, we will be joined by other professionals who have transitioned to IT. You will hear their experiences, insights, and tips for success. You will also hear from industry experts who will guide you in preparing for a career in IT, the certifications required, and the different paths available. We hope you will join us for this exciting journey as we explore the transition from a sales career to an IT career. Subscribe to Tasty Talks for the full episode of Sales is not IT. We will dive deeper into finding and using purpose as the foundation of your career transition. The entire podcast episode will be released once I get ten new subscribers. So if you want more, please share and review this podcast so this series is heard by people to need to listen to it. Under pressure? Give yourself permission to release. You’re doing great! Just breathe and give yourself a break, cut yourself some slack. Release and let go so you can surrender to your natural flow. #TastyTidbit #TastyTalks is back with episodes that aren’t planned out and probably won’t be on a consistent schedule, at least not at first. I hope the shared experiences and conversations with guests help you get through your days.…
Just when you thought it was safe to continue on with life amongst everyone else, you freak. In season 3 episode 1, Lilith Eve previews the season, opens up about the past year, and morphs her experience into visualization and philosophy, then some real talk (warning: its not the tastiest talk). **If you enjoyed this episode, please consider leaving a review. Reviews help this podcast get discovered. The more that discover it, the more the podcast’s empowerment message gets out. Someone may need to hear what’s being said. And, there’s something in it for you for leaving a review!…

A lie has been told to us. But now we learn the truth and take back our power. *If you want to explore this further, email me lilitheve@thetastytalksspiritualpodcast.com **Follow Andromeda Peters https://instagram.com/andromedapeters ***Follow ThriverCon #thrivercon https://thriverconference.com/offer1596649387837…

Happy 2020! This season will be topics that start with the letter T. T is the 20th letter in the alphabet and it’s the year 2020. New topics will come to you every other week. The topics will be sandwiched between #TastyTidbits. I’m excited for the topics and guests to come!
This week, I talk about being worthy or wants and desires. Listen for an affirmation you can use for yourself when you’re feeling down. Plus, I recommend an app for listening to affirmations. This episode is sponsored by Anchor, the platform I use to record my podcasts!

I catch up a bit with what’s been going on with me. I didn’t record last week because I was sick. So I talk about self-care and work. That is actually perfect for this lunar cycle with the full moon we just had, the Virgo season, and Saturn going direct 9/18. This is a quick episode focused on health, touching on menstrual cycles. The app I use to track my cycle (actually, I have three!) is MyFLO. You can find it in the App Store and Google Play. https://www.floliving.com/ Question, comment, or want to be a guest?
