🙈😪😓 Right now it is way too easy to get into weaker energy, that nothing gets done, few things are satisfying, as more and more restrictions are coming up.
🗣🤷♂️🛠🔂 So I went in and asked for advice, how I can get that feeling back. And quite frankly it couldn’t be much more obvious. Reconstruct and recreate those situations, which have gotten you into your mental top-shape the last time.
🤔⚡️😊Go on and ask yourself: What are the things in your daily life, that deliver you this energy? Which activities brought a smile to your face lately.
🔍👉🏻👤The strongest things I was able to identify for myself are: Walking every day, getting my planned workout done, meditation, or concentrated breathing.
❓🧠🔋What are activities and experiences that enable you to function at full capacity?
🚶♂️😓👣It can be hard to do those first steps, as we often have trouble breaking out of our shells, but once you do it will be worth it. This podcast might just be a good start for you.
