This week Jeremy is joined in conversation by Dr. Rolla Lewis, professor emeritus at CSU East Bay and Dean of the Process-Relational Certificate at the Cobb Institute. Jeremy and Rolla explore how personal and therapeutic change is a continuous process, emphasizing that individuals are always "becoming" through their interactions with others. Rolla discusses the importance of process-relational philosophy on the art of connecting with people, the power of narrative, and the role of communal efforts in fostering change, while touching on his own experiences with teaching and consulting. Jeremy and Rolla also get to talk about trees, because trees are good for our mental health.
You can learn more about Rolla and his work at the Cobb Institute, or find many of his publications through CSU East Bay and the Taos Institute. You can check out www.openhorizons.org to learn more about process-relational thinking.
Jeremy has all his practice info at Wellness with Jer, and you can find him on Instagram and YouTube.

Podcasts about therapy do not replace actual therapy, and listening to a podcast about therapy does not signify a therapeutic relationship.
