该如何说「厕所」呢
a. 美国用法：男女厕皆可用rest room / bath room
b. 飞机上：lavatory
c. 军中： latrine
d. 户外工作场地所使用的临时或流动性厕所：(portable) john (不是约翰喔)
e. 注意：W.C.（water closet）在美国几乎没有人使用！

解小便，尿尿
a.一般是：
urinate
看病化验小便，护士就会给你一个杯子说：
「Will you urinate in this cup？」
医生或许也会问：
「Do you have trouble urinating？」
b. 口语：to piss = to take a piss = to take a leak = to void = to empty
c. 小孩用 to pee
d. 如果「小便」有毛病，也可以告诉医生说：
My urine is cloudy and it smells strong. 有浊尿，味道很重
I have pus (air) in urine. 尿有泡沫
I dribble a little urine after I have finished urinating. 小便后还会滴滴答答
I am passing less urine than usual. 小便的量比平时少

解大便
a .一般： to make a bowel movement / to take a shit
b. 其他的说法： to defecate =to discharge excrement（或 feces）=to take feces
c. 小孩: to make a poo poo 或 to make a BM.
d. 大便检查:stool exam

放屁
a.最常用： to expel gas 或 to fart 或 to make gas。
b.消化不良: I have an upset stomach. = I have heartburn. = I have indigestion.
c.便秘 : constipation.
d.拉肚子 : diarrhea
摄取什么食物常会导致身体排放更多气体？许多不易消化的碳水化合物，像是：
beans 蚕豆
dairy products 乳制品
onions 洋葱
garlic 大蒜
leeks 韭菜
potatoes 马铃薯
oats 麦片粥
wheat 小麦
cauliflower 花椰菜
broccoli 椰菜
cabbage 甘蓝
