Today I am speaking with Lis McCormick.
Lis is a management consultant based in the UK. She is a clear-thinking straight-talking Scot who works with small and medium businesses to focus their efforts on the critical things that will grow their business.
Lis set up her firm 5 years ago and has used Associates from day one. In this conversation Lis shares 6 tips on how to work with Associates in our own practice. The message is clear: choose carefully and go slowly.

We hear how choosing based on values is as important as choosing based on skillset and how we can aim for clarity without being controlling.
