Sharla Butler (www.linkedin.com/in/sharla-butler)has enjoyed an impressive 29 year career in the direct-selling industry working with multiple Utah based companies. She currently oversees cross-functional efforts to commercialize products in all 30+ markets as the Director of International Commercialization at doTERRA International LLC. She chairs an internal committee to review and approve product requests, and she and her team then work with all departments to plan, prioritize and project manage thousands of product launches each year. Sharla has also taken on an active role in improving existing processes, and in implementing new ones. She has a full knowledge of the product lifecycle and is passionate about business operations and loves to problem solve, identify improvement opportunities, and help make other employees’ jobs easier. She recently joined the LBTGQ – Employee Resource Group at doTERRA and is passionate about allyship and support to those that she works with. Sharla has a degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University that she earned while raising her family and working full time. She is married, has two children and two grandchildren. She loves spending time with family, entertaining friends, and spending time outdoors, camping, boating, fishing and travelling.
