As the year winds down, I find myself enveloped in a profound sense of gratitude for the journey we've shared, and for the chance to connect with you, our listeners, who've been the beating heart of this journey. Today, as we stand on the cusp of a new beginning, we embrace the opportunity to shed the shackles of self-sabotage and step into our power. We're not just talking leadership; we're talking about a personal revolution.
This episode is a clarion call to all the leaders out there wrestling with their inner people pleaser—the part of us that's often at odds with the tough, necessary decisions leadership demands. Together, we'll explore how to spot the signs of people-pleasing, the liberation found in honest self-evaluation, and the strength that comes from aligning with our values. I'll share insights from my own experiences and the transformative power of getting curious about our needs.
And remember, there's no guest needed when we're confronting our own truths. Join me, and let's boldly break free from the need to please as we step into our full potential, not just as leaders, but as individuals ready to claim our desires and assert our needs.

Please rate and review with your honest opinion. Subscribe and share with your colleagues especially if you have worked with me and found value in the work we’ve done together.
