What might be the Ultimate Job that you could have as your career? How would you even make a comparison to the myriad of different kinds of work that are available?
I came up with 3 things: Everything else being equal, what work can pay the most? Some jobs pay very well but are not much fun; and a great career should bring great joy in doing it. I believe the ultimate aspect of work success and satisfaction is the measure of positive difference that you can make in the world because of what you do. The bigger the difference you can make with the largest number of people constitutes the ultimate work you can be doing. - Dave Johnson
