My guest today is Ev Foster.
Ev first entered estate agency in 1992.
Since then she has had success with building a financial services business and a ladies gym.
Following a career break with a young family, Evelyn was drawn back to estate agency in 2016 working for an online business then setting up her own agency in 2018 with Keller Williams. She opened up her first market centre in january 2020 in her hometown of Glasgow.
KW Scotland has grown rapidly under her leadership and her vision is to create the optimum environment for agents to thrive and be profitable which in turn will provide clients with a much higher level of personal service when moving home.
Her passion is helping others to achieve the life they want and has designed a course, The Evolution Experience which is the gateway for people wanting to change careers or direction.
She also heads The Selling Scotland team which partners new agents into the business by providing full admin support, models and coaching to ensure success .
