Episode 1 of UNIITY Radio could not have started with 2 better or brighter guests. I met India Amara almost a decade ago & she's been a constant force in my life ever since. She's tattooed me. Inspired me with her incredible work ethic. And been a there during the toughest times with wisdom & coffee. She introduced me to Krista too. We all worked out together during the early days of CrossFit & spent a lot of time philosophizing about it. In the years since, India & Krista have developed their own practices & philosophies that they are taking on the road to Bali & beyond. I caught up with them at a very crazy time. I was coming off an incredibly difficult 2016 & they were a few days away from traveling to Indonesia to hold a very special retreat.
