The strength and power of the USA has been and still is its ability to honor and pay its debt, yet each day the media reports the GOP and Biden Administration are deadlocked over negotiations of what and how much to cut from President Biden's budget. Those discussions should be miles apart from whether or not they agree to pay for the nation's past bills. Unbelievably, they're not.
