In this episode the wildrunners are joined by Mike Nolan who chats to us about his personal racing career from running many obstacle course races including the spartan race ultras to competing in the pro waves at Hyrox uk. Mike then chats to us about his role as Head official in Spartan Race UK, being the captain of captains at the Spartan Race Trifecta world championships in Sparta and also his role within British Obstacle Sports.
