Today I am speaking with Wedding Planner, Celebrant, and Illustrator Andri Benson, all about how to pivot your wedding business.
I know this has been a topic of huge interest to many of you over the last 18 months, so I was really keen to understand from Andri how to identify the gaps where you can diversify your income and find the extra offerings that complement your existing business.
In this episode, Andri shares how knowing where your passion and knowledge lies can be key when looking for opportunities to pivot, how she has found a balance in running multiple businesses and her experience of building “passive”, or as she prefers to say, a recurring income.
