Dr. Amanda Long wants you to invest in your relationship with your self. Amanda’s journey to becoming a mental health professional had ups and downs, but ultimately brought her to where she needed to be and taught her both the benefit of being patient and resilient in this world. Throughout her training she noticed the lack of diversity within her colleagues and recognized the clients that weren’t being served because of it.
Amanda created TRUE Space Counseling and Psychological Services to bridge this gap and offer comprehensive care that empowers individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery. Her approach to therapy is integrative and comprehensive, acknowledging the person as a whole being from a multicultural lens.
