Ryan and I talked about his journey as a business owner over the last few years and how he has switched his attitude about everything with business. His business and life aren't about himself anymore. It's about the people around him. Ryan talks about being a servant leader to your family, friends, and employees and giving everything you can to them to make their lives better.
