Pete and Steve are also joined by Jared Carlitz, the Chief Operating Officer of Bedding Industries of America. Jared is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and technology teams, as well as managing BIA's California factory. Prior to joining BIA, he held a senior position in Ernst and Young's Transactions Strategy department. With an undergraduate degree from George Washington University and an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business, Jared brings a diverse skill set and a fresh perspective to the table.
